Looking Like a Super Model

"There are 3 billion women in the world who don't look like super models and only eight who do." The Body Shop

Welcome to stepstomanage.com where we will deeply delve into why we are not satisfied with our bodies and how looking like a super model has become the goal for so many women. If you look in the "beauty" magazines, you are told that you should have thick hair; thick eyelashes, full luscious lips, full breasts and curves, but you better have a flat belly and long thin legs.

This is unrealistic for most of us and if you refer to the quote above, you will see that there are "only eight who do." Steps to Manage will focus on steps to help you manage negative body images and/or eating disorder tendencies. I was anorexic for 20 years and have been speaking on this topic ever since I went through an eating disorder program. I want women to stop hating the woman they see in the mirror.

Take good care of yourself and Do not let your body get in the way of your life today!
