Gail A. Sinclair C.H.:
Gail
A. Sinclair teaches women steps to manage their negative body
images and their eating disorders. She is an international award
winning speaker and a Reiki Master teacher, and currently taking
classes to become a certified nutritionist. She was anorexic for
20 years and survived that and now teaches how to get back into
their bodies and love them..
As an accomplished public speaker and workshop facilitator,
she has seen profound healing in women's lives when they work
backward to a time where they loved themselves and their bodies.
She is known for her innovative and creative style and especially
for her upbeat humor. Her life is her best testimony to living
a life of abundance in spite of having been anorexic.
Highlights of Gail's career:
- International speech competition first place winner (topic:
personal strength) with the final six competitors from New
Zealand, Australia, the Bahamas, South Africa, Texas and Oregon
- Reiki Master teacher and a registered member of the Global
Reiki Association
- Created and presented "Eating Disorders from the Patient
Perspective
- Leadership seminars to the Medical Assistant's of Oregon
and Washington o Created and presented my "I AM" board and
training in these sessions which is a process that teaches
women to go back to when they were powerful and in love with
the wonder of all they could do in their bodies
- Creator of the "I AM" process and workshop to remember who
we are in spite of our bodies and practical steps
to feel better
- Birth mother whose son contacted her when he was 27 and
they have a beautiful relationship
- Presented "Turn the Temperature Down in Heated Situations"
for Clemson University's 46th Professional Development for
Women's Conference
